How many IPs Tapper keeps excluded in Google Ads

Google Ads allows at most 500 IP exclusions per campaign. Tapper fills each campaign up to that limit; there is no setting for the size of the list. Once a campaign is full, Tapper makes room for new IPs: see Google Ads IP exclusion list limit.
