How does Tapper's country blocker differ from Google Ads settings?
Google Ads location targeting decides where your ads show. Advertisers still get clicks from outside their target areas, even with Google's own location exclusions:

Block by country in Tapper is a second layer. It checks the country of the IP behind each ad click. A click from a country your rule does not allow is treated as invalid, and its IP is excluded like any other. Your primary control over where ads show stays in Google Ads.
See Block or allow clicks by country for the steps.
