Google Ads IP exclusion list limit
Google Ads allows at most 500 IP exclusions per campaign. Once a campaign is full, Tapper keeps the IPs with the strongest and most recent evidence and replaces the lowest-ranked one when a stronger one arrives, so the list stays current.
An IP used for invalid clicks two months ago may not be used that way today. If a replaced IP clicks again and the click is flagged, Tapper excludes it again.
