How to reconnect your Meta account

When Tapper can no longer use a Meta Ads account, its row shows Needs reconnecting or Needs attention. You need to be a workspace Owner or Admin.

1. With more than one protected entity, pick the entity in the switcher at the top of the sidebar.
2. Under Setup, click Ad accounts, then Meta Ads.
3. On Ad accounts, find the row with the error chip and read its notice. For Needs attention, check the ad account in Meta Business settings first.
4. Click Reconnect and sign in with a Facebook profile that has Advertiser or Admin access to the ad account.

To reconnect several accounts, tick them and click Reconnect 2 selected (with your own count) above the table. Tapper brings you back to the same tab. The chip reads Connected and protection resumes.
