Workspaces: create, switch, rename and delete
On this page
A workspace holds everything you set up in Tapper: its protected entities, connected ad accounts, members and settings. You can belong to several. Each has exactly one owner and runs on the owner's plan, which sets how many workspaces you can create and the seats in each.
See your workspaces
Open Settings from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Workspaces. Each row is tagged Owner or Member, and the one you are in carries the Current chip.

Switch to another workspace
- From Settings: open the row's menu and click Switch to this workspace. The app reloads inside it.
- From the account menu: it lists your workspaces with a check on the current one. Click another.
If the workspace requires your company's single sign-on and your session did not use it, Tapper takes you through your company login first.

Create a workspace
- In Settings, Workspaces, click New workspace (the account menu has the same row). A new workspace starts empty, with you as its owner.
- In the New workspace dialog, type a name in Name and click Create workspace.
- Tapper switches to it and opens its setup wizard at Choose your products: see Choose your products: Lift only or Vantage + Lift + Block.
If your plan has no workspace left, Tapper says so and offers See plans. See Billing: your plan, renewal, seats and invoices.
Rename a workspace or change its logo
Owners and admins can do this for the workspace they are in, so switch to it first.
- Open Settings, General.
- Edit Name (1 to 320 characters) and click Save in the bar at the bottom.
- To change the logo, click Change logo and pick an image. It uploads at once and shows next to the workspace name in the sidebar.
General also holds the workspace's products and time zone: see Workspace time zone: which day your numbers count in.
Delete a workspace or change the owner
Tapper support does both. In Settings, Workspaces, Delete workspace is greyed out with "Only Tapper can delete a workspace. Contact support." The owner writes to support@tapper.ai to delete a workspace or transfer it to someone else.
