Tracking template

When you connect Google Ads, Tapper sets its tracking template at account level.

Account level

To check it, in Google Ads go to Admin > Account settings > Tracking.

Campaign, ad group or ad level

If a campaign, ad group or ad has its own tracking template or URL parameters, it replaces the account's template and Tapper does not see its clicks.

1. In Tapper, open the Google Ads page of Setup > Ad accounts, then the Tracking template tab, and click Copy the tracking template.
2. In Google Ads, open the campaign, ad group or ad that needs the change.
3. Open its URL options.
4. Paste the copied template into Tracking template.
