How to add a new website

A website belongs to a protected entity, the thing Tapper protects: one brand or website together with its domains, rule sets, monitoring script and ad accounts.

Add a website as a new protected entity

1. In the sidebar, under Setup, click Add protected entity (the last row).
2. Type a Name and click Create.
3. Connect an ad account: in Setup > Ad accounts, click Add ad account. See Add another ad account to an entity.
4. Add the domain: open Setup > Website > Domains, click Add domain under Protected domains and enter it.
5. Install the monitoring script from Setup > Website > Monitoring.

Add another domain to an entity you already have

Open Setup > Website > Domains, click Add domain under Protected domains and enter the domain. Your plan sets how many domains and protected entities you can have.
